Hello! I just thought of if there are more than you swedish readers out there? Any other nationalities? I'm writing this blog in English since I now live in Austria and have some Austrian readers. Hopefully there are more than just a few persons that can appreciate that I write in english... I would love to know! Tell me where you are from in a comment! 😍🙈

This week has been a lot about getting some new inspiration for me. I have been focusing on how to get my company going here in Austria and how I would actually get costomers here. Basiclly it´s like beeing anywhere else in the world. I need to start getting past my fears and just throw myself out there telling the world that I exist. Maybe it sounds easy but I'm as many other people afraid to fail. Then it's terrifying in a way to take contact with new people and let them make a review on your business. Even if you should not care about what other people think about you and your work, it's so hard to just look past that. I need to become better at turning a "no" into something possitive and use that as a lesson in the future.
Anyhow I started the week by going to the gym here in the 3rd district with Stefan and wow, this one was so much better than the one at Keplerplatz. It was open and the whole gym was kind of i 3 floors, but still totally open in the middle. The functional area was way better and way bigger too. I feel so much more motivated to go to this gym! That's a good start... After gym comes a nice breakfast of cause! 😋💪

In the middle of the week I visited Naschmarkt together with a very sweet Swedish girl I met 2 weeks ago over Facebook. Social medias are definatly good in that way! We had a lunch the week before and now she asked me if I wanted to join here to go to Naschmarkt. We had a nice lunch there as well. After that I went home for some new inspiration. I got this book "Livsstilsbibeln" which means lifestyle bible as a christmasgift from my mom. I had wished for it and it's written by two swedish influencers. They are focusing a lot on self development and creating your dream every day lifestile. I think they are inspiering and I have red half tha book so far and I definatly like it!
On to another thing, before christmas I became a member in the Swedish Photoportal for photographers. It's a web gallery and a community that contains several online courses in how to become a better photographer and how to develop yourself and your business. In connection to this they also have a coachingprogram over 12 weeks and I've just started it! So a lot of my time this week has been going to compleat the first tasks of this week. It was about your attitude and to become more aware about how you look at yourself and how you handel different situations. This is just what I need and I'm so happy I signed up for this! I have started to maditate for around 10 minutes every day and it feels so good afterwards. In the end of this weeks task ther was a list of books that could help you in becoming the person you want to be. "The Secret" I have wanted to read for a while now and I also went down town to get myself another book that seemed interesting. So now I have a lot to read! To get out a bit of the flat I also spent 2 hours at Starbucks writing a bit on the task and some other things for the company.

On friday evening we had a moving in party in my flat and we had a blast! The day after with the hangover was maybe a bit less good, but the burgers we made in the evening at Stefan's place was sooooo delicious. I think it was one of the better burgers I've ever been eating! The best way to end a hangover day.

This week I have come to realise a lot of stuff about myself and sometimes that is very necessery to be able to continue your selfdevelopment. Therefore I would just recomend to everyone that some challenges on daily basis are necessery for youy. This is of cause just something that I just realised and that's what are going on in my head, but I think everyone could use some selfreflecting sometimes.

My tip of the week is about food. Me and Stefan, or it was Stefan who started it, but we began to at least try to eat vegetarian food every secon day. I must admit that it feels so good! Personally I could never imagine to stop eat meet totally, but I want to reduce my meat consumtion. Then I think this is a great start and it's not hard at all! I have been eating so much delicious vegitarian food since I came back to Austria a month ago. So my tip to you are to do the same, or at least give it a chance for a week or two. I'm not forcing anyone, I'm just recommending! I just want more people to open up theire eyes for what the meat industry are doing to our planet. I'm not the most well educated in the subject, but I know it's not good for the planet. Thanks for taking your time to read this!
